All design work created by 1800 SACRED SOULS is intended to remain in its original form and may not be edited, altered, or reworked by the client or any other designer without prior written permission.

All illustrative and merchandise designs created by 1800 SACRED SOULS remain the sole intellectual property of the business and may not be reproduced, resold, distributed, or modified without prior written consent. This includes, but is not limited to, logos, artwork, illustrations, templates, and brand elements.

Imagery and photography used within design projects may be included in future creative works, case studies, or portfolios by 1800 SACRED SOULS, and may be shared with other professionals or collaborators as part of creative development and professional practice.

Any collaboration or commissioned design project will be guided by mutual respect, clear communication, and a written agreement around ownership, usage rights, and creative direction.

5. Bookings, Payments & Cancellations

• All bookings must be paid in advance and are non-refundable.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled session may be non-refundable.

• If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

• Late arrivals may result in reduced session time to respect other bookings.
