My online sessions are a place for you to get intentional and embodied with a tailored practice. Your needs and desires are not the same as everyone in a packed yoga studio which is why these sessions are so great.

Whether you are seeking a practice that is full of movement, minimal movement, or a deeper connection to ancient yogic philosophy, we can co-create a practice tailored to your needs. 

I offer a grounded blend of traditional yoga and breathwork, combined with modern movement, meditation, and mantra, all deeply rooted in ancient wisdom. 

As an embodied and dedicated yogi based in Bali, my approach honours both lineage and lived experience.

  • Reconnection to your body and foundations is found through sacred and intentional movement. Traditional asana, modern juicy flows, and body awareness practices for all — from beginners to seasoned yogis.

  • Meditation is sacred. Mantra is sacred. When you incorporate both into your modern life, the mundane becomes sacred. Guided in-person or online sessions are available. Bespoke meditations are my specialty — from Yoga Nidra to walking meditations, tailored to your needs and wants.

  • Breathwork is everywhere these days, but ancient teachings like Himalayan Kriya and Tantric breathwork aren’t as accessible as quick-fix practices. My approach isn’t a band-aid for the breath — it’s a deeply embodied, energetic practice.
